If you are a larger firm and already have a CIO, we can provide another voice around the table, helping internal resource to refine and test their decision making process with the benefit of the company of experienced peers. Our Senior Associates work as another partner in your team, with the specialist skills and experience needed to provide additional leadership, oversight and governance, increasing confidence and the likelihood of successful outcomes.

 

If you have decided that you do not want the commitment or expense of employing a full-time CIO, then our fractional CIO service is ideal for you. One of our talented and experienced Associates will ensure you can manage your IT resources, internally and externally. They will give you confidence and credibility, and ensure the same level of transparency and delivery in IT that you expect from every other department. They will oversee operations, assist with selection and procurement, and introduce professional processes and rigour.
